poly-DNA may suspend or terminate your account or your use of the poly-DNA website, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason. You agree to be personally liable for any orders placed or charges incurred through your account prior to termination.

You also declare that if you experience any unwanted changes in your physical or mental behavior or function after starting such treatment, which might be related or not related to the treatment, you will immediately stop the treatment and consult your physician or healthcare professional.

Refunds and Returns

You may return the poly-DNA products up to 60 days from purchasing them for a full refund, no questions asked. If you decide to return the bottles, please send them to poly-DNA, 2030 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14620. Once we receive your returned bottles, we will issue a full refund for the returned bottles. The refund will be in the same payment form you used in paying for the bottles. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, and you will have to pay for cost of shipping the bottles back to us.

Confirmation and Shipping

At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your order. The cost of shipping is dependent on the content of your order and the shipping method you select. The total cost of shipping will be displayed for your approval before you complete the order.

When you place and order, we will ship the order to the address you designated. Once we deliver the items to the carrier, you become the owner of the items and the one responsible for losses and damages, which means that you are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We ship orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

While we always try to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute poly-DNA's acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity of any product or service, and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information before we accept and/or ship your order.

User Information

Your personal information is subject to the poly-DNA Privacy Policy. However, any other material, information, suggestions, know-how, ideas, concepts, techniques, comments, questions, reviews, notes, emails, or other communications you send to poly-DNA in any manner, including email, regular mail, posting to the poly-DNA website, presented electronically, or in print  (which we will call "Your Non-Personal Communications") will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Any personal information that you post on the poly-DNA website and can be viewed by the public, for instance, customer reviews, customer feedback, customer comments, etc, will not be subject to the terms and conditions of the poly-DNA Privacy Policy and will be considered part of Your Non-Personal Communications.

By sending poly-DNA Your Non-Personal Communications you agree that poly-DNA will not be held liable in relation to the content of Your Non-Personal Communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or other laws. You also agree that poly-DNA retains the right to remove any part, or all of Your Non-Personal Communications, which includes any material we deem inappropriate or unacceptable.

Enforcement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision by us. If any provision of this Terms of Use is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, poly-DNA and you agree that the court should try to give effect to poly-DNA's original intentions as they are reflected in the invalid provision. poly-DNA and you also agree that in such a case, all other provisions of this Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.

You also agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or is related to the use of the poly-DNA website, or the poly-DNA information, or this Terms of Use, must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
